Overall I am happy with my purchase, but I have following minor complaints/suggestions.
1. The motion detection is triggered when there’s a change in the light. For example, the sun gets brighter or a cloud darkens the box suddenly. Also, when it switches from the day/night cycles, it triggers an alert on the app.
2. The Green-Backyard app didn’t work well. Wouldn’t play audio. I ended up switching to the iCSee app, per Green-Backyard, and it’s much better.
3. Would love to see a camera with a built in thermometer, since high temps in the nest box are bad for birds. But this would probably make the camera much larger.
4. I would love to see a Nest Box bundle with 2 cameras. One for the outside and one for the inside. I know I can buy a 2nd camera and mounting bracket, but it would be nice to get it in a bundle.
5. I would also love to see a solar powered option for the Nest Box that uses a 12V motorcycle battery. At the very least, they should update their knowledgebase to indicate the type of battery to buy, Lead Acid vs LiFePO4, and which solar panel wattage and charge control to get.

Set it all up and it worked fine with good clear pictures but a bird pecked the antenna and it stopped working. I’ve taken it apart and realized the part could be replaced so Green Backyard sent me a replacement immediately! thank you.
