Q: Is it waterproof? A: Yes. The camera is waterproof and we provide tools in the kit, such as waterproof tap for cable.
Q: Can I watch videos on my different mobile devices? A: Yes. We have free bird watching App that allows users to watch on mobile phone, tablet and PC anytime anywhere. And the App also supports Mac.
Q: Can someone post a photo they took with this? A: User can download the free bird watching APP. After the camera connects to network, you can snapshot the pictures and download them. So you can post photo from APP or phone.
Q: Can I view or stream live cam feed with SD card only ? A: Yes. The camera has SD card slot and internal Wi-Fi. After connects network and installs SD card, users can get stream live. Moreover, you would get notification messages when the camera detects bird’s movement.
Q: When alarm is set it won’t show a picture- any ideas? A: It can show the message picture when open motion alarm setting and turn off message ignore. Besides, you can reset all the setting from reset button and set notification message again.
