2.4 Additional power cord

The camera kit comes with 20 meters 3-in-one cable (video, audio, and power). If the cable is not enough to reach the bird box, you can order additional cable. The extension cable is a burial-grade type. The connection between two cables meets IP65 weatherproof. You will need to add the conjunction box to protect the connection if you plan to bury the cable directly.

The PoE technology can support up to 100 meters connections. The data loss will become serious as the cable is getting longer. The PoE extender is required if you need more than 100 meters of connection.
