How Can We Help?
2.1 Connect the camera
The PoE IP bird box camera allows single Ethernet cable to transport both power and data to the cameras. It eliminates the AC power outlet close to your birdhouse. The included PoE injector will add the power to the Ethernet cable. You even can simply plug the camera directly to standard PoE switch or PoE NVRs to obtain both power and data. The DC connector at pigtail of bird box camera is for optional power source. If you prefer DC12V power source instead of PoE injector, you can use DC12V power adaptor. Please follow the instructions to test before you put the camera in your bird box.
1.First, Connect the Ethernet lead to the pigtails of IP birdhouse camera.

2. Next connect another lead to the PoE injector which is marked “PoE”.

3.Now use short Ethernet patch cord to link PoE injector marked as “LAN” to one of RJ45 port on your router.

4.Next, connect the main lead to the PoE injector and plug it to your AC outlet.

NOTE: The camera’s indicator should keep blinking while it has been linked to your network successfully.
5.Now install the application and start enjoy the beautiful live video.
If you can’t view the IP bird box camera, probably the camera can’t obtain the correct IP address from your router.
