You will be able to access the camera on the iCSee without configuration. However, if your network has disabled to DHCP function or somehow the IP bird box camera can’t receive the correct IP address from your network. You can keep the camera online for over an hour, the camera will try to obtain the IP address again. You also can manually change the camera’s IP address before you can view the live video.

1. Firstly, Power your wire PoE bird box camera and connect it to your network by using an Ethernet cable..

2. Next, go to the iCSee app. Click the “+” sign on the next screen in the upper right hand corner, and tap the option “Other distribution networks and adding methods” at the bottom, In the new screen, Choose the last option “Nearby Cameras” to see whether app can discover the camera in the local network.

Note: Please make sure your mobile phone has connected to the same network as the camera is using now.

Note: If the app discover the camera, but there is no video, it is because the camera can’t obtain the correct IP address, please keep the camera online for over an hour and try it again. You also can manually change the IP address to match your local network.
